Celebration to the max in the impressive Werkspoor Cathedral in Utrecht. A dynamic evening full of fun and surprises everywhere you look, and of course with high-end service.
At the center was the largest temporary cocktail bar in the Netherlands, an impressive 40 meter long and 10 meter high eye catcher! Here we toasted 15 years of A Brand New Day together. After an atmospheric street food festival and a joint toast at the cocktail bar, we opened the mainstage area with a sensational show. The evening started with a majestic a cappella performance by De Koorbazen, culminating in a mega medley party full of special effects and energy from the Dirty Daddies.
A night to never forget. It exceeded all the expectations of many guests and employees and immediately created the question “how are we going to get over this with our 20th anniversary?” A question for them, but not for us ;-)
From the kaatenco studio, we developed the event identity and various 3D renders of the Werkspoorkathedraal. The digital communication trajectory consisted of an event website, HTML mailings in various guest segmentations (relationships, employees, friends of). For the live show, we animated the digital content for the LED screens on stage and in the back wall of the cocktail bar, as well as the other content of the entrance, Hallway of Drinks, the cocktail bar and other signage and branding in the location.
