Unconventional concept
maximum impact

No overnight stay in a traditional hotel, but three days together at a unique Rockstars campsite. No sub-sessions about the new strategy in a regular meeting room, but anchoring the strategy and core values around the campfire. No classic keynotes, but a sophisticated mix of fun and content. Everyone, customers & (potential) employees experience the yellow-black Rockstars world in Europe's largest orchard!

The result

Winner of a double Golden Giraffe. Team Rockstars IT organizes around 100 events per year, so expectations are high at their largest national event. Nevertheless, two years in a row, we have managed to score a 9 and an E-NPS of 75.
