We always have an inspiring theme that derives from the strategic documents, and from there, we will look for the best translation into a live experience. Through our approach, we help Brand Masters to bring the annual plan to all employees in a surprising and impressive way. In this way, both The Real Deal, The Formula and Hone The Machine become much more than just annual plan titles. We connect employees to the annual plans and so the ambassadorship for the annual plan and Brand Masters grows more every year!
From the kaatenco studio, we developed all the digital show content with which we highlighted the annual plan. Think of a customized AI assistant and a fully animated show, and also all the printed content and the stage design were developed from the studio.
