The climate is changing, so we often have to deal with more extreme weather. During the Kids Climate Experience, students in groups 7 & 8 from all Breda primary schools dive into the world of a better climate. What can we do to reduce climate change and how do we prepare for more extreme weather?

The children go on an expedition through four important themes: heat, water, waste and drought. Through activities, the children look for new climate solutions. With this, we go from thinking to doing, and the children create an improvement solution to take home and share with parents, brothers and sisters there.

After two editions, more than 1,600 children have made a climate promise for the future. Perfectly in line with the municipality's promise to invest in the future of greening, because thinking green starts young.
