What if we choose not to have a big party?

How we made

the bold choice

The 100th anniversary was also celebrated in the Netherlands, of course. Instead of one big party, we decided to invite all employees and their partners over nine evenings, with 350 guests each.

For everyone at least

one moment of goosebumps

On the Rijk Zwaan premises, we embraced a 'past-present-future' narrative to experience the evening in three phases, with culinary guidance from Hutten Food & Design. In the Spiegeltent – an impressive hall – we looked back on the past 100 years, with various custom-made  acts interspersed throughout a three-course dinner. After dinner, guests were invited to move to the next space – the present – for a party featuring multiple acts. There, we built up to the evening's climax, Rijk Zwaan NXT. An impressive audio-visual grand finale with a look to the future.

How we made

real impact

A personal and warm atmosphere that perfectly matches the company's family atmosphere—that's the impact. The Collegafeesten have been rated an average of 9 out of 10!

On the floor and in the studio

behind the scenes

From the Kaatenco studio, we developed a 3D rendering of the festival grounds to bring the concept to life. The 3D visual and reality bear a striking resemblance. The digital communications trajectory consisted of an event website and HTML mailings. The studio also developed a wide range of signage, branding, the Honderdverhalenhof (a garden filled with a selection of stories), and the (digital) show content on the grounds.
